Before your waxing appointment:
CHECK that the area you're having waxed doesn’t have any broken skin or inflammation. If so, please let it heal before your appointment.
LIGHT EXFOLIATION Gently exfoliate your skin a day or two before your appointment, but skip harsh scrubs. A rough washcloth is perfect for gentle exfoliation, but don’t scrub too hard.
After your waxing appointment:
HANDS OFF! Keep your hands away from touching freshly waxed skin, as this can encourage irritation or small pimples.
COOL OFF with a cool temperature shower or bath. Keep the waxed area clean but do not use harsh products for 24 hours post-wax.
NOT TOO HOT. No sun beds, saunas or steam rooms for the next 48 hours.
Sienna X Spray Tan

Before your treatment your therapist will go through a consultation with you to discuss your skin tone to determine your correct shade of tan. You can choose between Sienna X original spray tan, which develops over 8 hrs or Sienna X Tonight’s The Night express tan, which develops over 1-3hrs.
The immediate ‘result’ you see is the cosmetic guide colour. The tanning product reacts with the outermost layers of your skin and after rinsing the guide colour off in the shower, your gorgeous tan will be ready to admire.
For best results, please follow a few essential tips below:
Skin preparation
Any hair removal should be carried out 24 hours before your appointment. This gives your skin time to recover and avoids the tan dotting on open pores. Treat yourself to a full body exfoliation, paying particular attention to your feet, ankles, knees, elbows and hands.
Wear loose clothing after treatment and flip flops are recommended when possible.
Ensure your body is free from moisturiser, deodorant, perfume or oils as all of these will interfere with the absorption of your spray tan. A barrier cream will be applied to those particularly dry areas; feet, knees, elbows and hands.
Development time
Whilst your spray tan develops we recommend you keep all loose clothing on, avoid contact with water and participating in any activity that may cause perspiration.
After 8 hours or 1-3 hours (depending on which tan you choose), shower off the excess guide colour with warm water. Gently pat yourself dry and apply plenty of moisturiser to your whole body to keep your tan for as long as possible.
Maintaining your spray tan
Moisturise after every shower to help maintain your tan. Your spray tan can last between 4-7 days. It all depends on your skin type, preparation and aftercare. After 4 days we recommend a full body exfoliation.
This will help your tan fade evenly and will keep your skin in the perfect condition for your next spray tan. Please remember your spray tan offers no protection against the sun's natural UV rays, so please remember to use your SPF sun creams.
